Introduction

Hi my name is Andy but you may call me The Low Vision Gamer!

I am a 32 year old man with Trinidadian roots but born in the USA!

I was born with an eye condition called Optic Nerve Hypoplasia this condition is where the optic nerve in the back of the eye is not developed property at birth thus I am legally blind with a visual acuity of 20/200(200 over 20) in my left eye which according to the USA Government means I am legally blind in my left eye and in my right eye I have no vision!

As I am legally Blind this site will have image descriptions so that blind readers(fully blind users use screen reader software to navigate computers and their smart devices!) (Those of us with low vision use screen magnifiers to read what is on our phones and smart devices!)

This is my blog I plan on writing short blogs about video game content I find to be interesting! You will also from time to time see blog posts about video game accessibility This topic is very important to me as a gamer who is Legally Blind
